Mild and Nutty Fresh Cheonggukjang for Cooking

Made with Korean soybeans, purified sea salt, and clean water – the essence of fermentation crafted by nature and time.

We use only 100% Korean-grown soybeans. Haetkongmaru Fresh Cheonggukjang is carefully fermented using soybeans that have been slowly cooked for more than five hours with nothing but soybeans and water.

Both our Fresh Cheonggukjang for Cooking and Cheonggukjang Powder, produced through a low-temperature drying and fermentation process, have a much milder aroma than traditional cheonggukjang, making them easy and convenient to enjoy.
