How to Prepare Boiled Pork (Suyuk)
- Prepare trimmed pork and one Suyuk Herb Tea Bag.
- Prepare green onions, garlic, or other ingredients according to your preference.
- Remove the tea bag from the package and rinse it lightly under running water.
- In a pot, add 2 liters of water, one 60 g Suyuk tea bag, 1.2 kg (about 2.6 lb) of pork, and your preferred ingredients such as green onions and garlic. Bring to a boil.
(For larger amounts of meat, add more water and additional tea bags as needed.) - Simmer for about 1 hour, or until the pork is fully cooked and tender.
- Once cooking is complete, remove and discard the tea bag, which will have absorbed excess fat during cooking.
